Who We Are!
Cathy Ham, Executive Director/ Owner.
Cathy graduated for Worcester State University. Cathy has been producing programs for children for over 23 years in and for the Town of Rutland. As the owner of Little Wonders she has been the Executive Director since 2000. Prior to owning Little Wonders she worked for the Town of Rutland as the first Director of Recreation. Some of the programs that she started include: The Safe Place, The Under the Learning Tree Program, and the Summer Fun Camp. Cathy grew up in Rutland and she and her husband raised their three children there. Cathy enjoys painting and spending time with her children and grand children.
Kelley Ford, Program Director.
Graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Kelley has worked in the Early Childhood Education field for 21 years as a teacher and director. Kelley is the Program Director at Little Wonders. She began the position in July 2015. Prior to her current position at Little Wonders she owned and operated her own child care center for the past eight years. She cared for and taught children ages infants through school age. Last year Kelley was trained to be CAP (children at play) mentor and help programs develop good nutrition and exercise practices. Kelley lives in Hubbardston with her husband Jeremy and her dog Millie.
Colleen Gauthier, Teacher
Colleen has been a preschool teacher for several years and loves working with children. She has an Associates of Science degree in Film, and is currently enrolled at Westfield State University studying for her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Collen lives in Warren Ma. Colleen has a daughter who lives in Salem and is enrolled at Westfield State University. Colleen likes spending time with family and friends. She enjoys photography, film making and quilting. She also loves to travel.

Cindy Listovitch, Teacher.
Cindy lives in Hubbardston, grew up in Rutland and graduated from Wachusett Regional High School. She and her late husband raised their three children in Princeton. Cindy worked in the medical field as a medical assistant for twenty years in the departments of pediatrics, gynecology and oncology. After deciding to change her career she went to Mount Wachusett Community College and got her certifications in Early Childhood Education to be an infant, toddler and preschool teacher. Cindy is a Co-Teacher in the Toddler Classroom. The children affectionately call her "Nana".
Jessica Morrow, Teacher
Jessica has been teaching at Little Wonders since 2013. Jessica stayed home with her son before joining the team at Little Wonders. She graduated from Slater College and has continued her education in Early Childhood Education at Becker College. Jessica grew up in Paxton and lives in Spencer with her husband and son. Jessica is a Co-Teacher in the Caterpillar Room. In her spare time, she loves to cook, do crafts, and spend time with her family.
Kimberly Roberts, Assistant Teacher
Kimberly graduated from David Prouty High School and studied Journalism at Quinsigamond Community College. Kimberly enjoys working with children passionate about journalism, poetry and the arts. Kimberly enjoys spending her time with her two children, who are twins, and their dog Epstein. She also enjoys reading and creative writing. In her spare time, she likes to go flea markets and yard sales.
Mallerie Rodgers, Lead Teacher
Mallerie has been a preschool teacher since 2009. She received her Associates Degree of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2009. Mallerie enjoys finding new and exciting activities to enhance her classroom experience. She loves her adopted terrier mix Daisy. Mallarie resides with her fiancÚ and is planning a September 2017 wedding.
Andrea Schofield, Lead Teacher
Andrea graduated from University of Wisconsin Stout in Menomonie, WI. She received her degree in Early Childhood Education in 2002. In 2004, she moved to Massachusetts with her husband. They now live in Ashburnham with their 3 year of son and 3 Pomeranians. Andrea enjoys reading, talking walks and playing with her son.
