Who We Are!
Cathy Ham, Executive Director/ Owner.
Cathy graduated for Worcester State University. Cathy has been producing programs for children for over 23 years in and for the Town of Rutland. As the owner of Little Wonders she has been the Executive Director since 2000. Prior to owning Little Wonders she worked for the Town of Rutland as the first Director of Recreation. Some of the programs that she started include: The Safe Place, The Under the Learning Tree Program, and the Summer Fun Camp. Cathy grew up in Rutland and she and her husband raised their three children there. Cathy enjoys painting and spending time with her children and grand children.

Kayla Aynesworth, Assistant Teacher.
Kelley Ford, Program Director.
Graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Kelley has worked in the Early Childhood Education field for 21 years as a teacher and director. Kelley is the Program Director at Little Wonders. She began the position in July 2015. Prior to her current position at Little Wonders she owned and operated her own child care center for the past eight years. She cared for and taught children ages infants through school age. Last year Kelley was trained to be CAP (children at play) mentor and help programs develop good nutrition and exercise practices. Kelley lives in Hubbardston with her husband Jeremy and her dog Millie.

Shelby Gale, Teacher.
Gail Gerolomo, Preschool Teacher.
Gail has been a Preschool teacher for many years. She received her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Quinsigamond Community College. Gail has lived in Rutland with her husband and two daughters for over 20 years. Gail enjoys crafting and motorcycle rides with her husband.
Leslie Gomez, Teacher Assistant
As an assistant teacher, Leslie enjoys helping the teachers by preparing projects for them. She also enjoys helping the teachers with the children. She says, “Their curiosity and energy help keep me young”. Leslie keeps busy in her home life with her husband and five grown children. Leslie likes to read, play cards, and do jigsaw puzzles.
Cindy Listovitch, Teacher.
Cindy lives in Hubbardston, grew up in Rutland and graduated from Wachusett Regional High School. She and her late husband raised their three children in Princeton. Cindy worked in the medical field as a medical assistant for twenty years in the departments of pediatrics, gynecology and oncology. After deciding to change her career she went to Mount Wachusett Community College and got her certifications in Early Childhood Education to be an infant, toddler and preschool teacher. Cindy is a Co-Teacher in the Toddler Classroom. The children affectionately call her "Nana".
